Skyview Technology Group LLC ("TSG", "we", "our", or "us"), a Nevada limited liability company, operates the Field Sentinel mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Service.
By using Field Sentinel, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
When you or your organization administrator creates an account, we collect your name, email address, job title, and organizational affiliation. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
The Service is designed for field operations teams to submit work-related reports including:
- Daily field reports
- Wildlife encounter records
- Incident and vehicle incident reports
- Expense submissions
- Fence inspection records
- Custom form submissions defined by your organization
This data belongs to your organization and is submitted voluntarily as part of your work duties.
Some form types ask you to record your general work location (e.g., project name, GPS coordinates entered manually, or descriptive location). We do not continuously track your device location in the background.
You may attach photos or files to reports. These are stored securely in our cloud storage and linked to your submission.
We may collect standard technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and error logs to help us diagnose issues and improve the Service.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Field Sentinel Service
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To deliver in-app notifications relevant to your work
- To enable your organization to review, manage, and export submitted reports
- To generate aggregate operational reports for your organization's administrators
- To respond to support requests or technical issues
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Field Sentinel is built on Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. Your data is stored on servers in the United States. We implement industry-standard security controls including:
- Encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit
- Row-level security (RLS) policies that restrict data access to authorized users
- Organization-level data isolation — users only access data within their own organization
- Role-based access controls (field user, manager, administrator)
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Within your organization: Managers and administrators in your organization can view submissions made by team members.
- Service providers: We use Supabase as our database and authentication provider. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may transfer to the successor entity.
The Field Sentinel mobile app may request permission to send push notifications and to display a badge count on the app icon. These notifications are used solely for operational purposes such as new assignments, report status updates, and announcements from your organization. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If your organization is dissolved or your account is removed by an administrator, data associated with your account may be archived or deleted in accordance with your organization's data management policies. You may contact us to request deletion of your personal account data.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 10. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Field Sentinel is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
